- Patrons who have health problems are recommended to consult a physician. Patrons with any health problem which may cause an issue while working out must inform the instructor on duty before accessing the area of use. Özyeğin University or its staff cannot be held responsible for any health issues or problems patrons may have while using the athletic facilities due to their failure to report their existing health problems.
- All employees wishing to use the indoor sports halls must first sign in at the information desk at the entrance.
- Patrons below 18 years old may use the athletic facilities accompanied by and under the supervision of their parents.
- Patrons may borrow sports materials (i.e. ball, racket, etc.) by providing their OzU ID cards and signature.
- Students wishing to use the athletic facilities must use the dressing rooms on the ground floor. The dressing rooms on the first floor are for faculty and staff only.
- The passwords of the lockers in the dressing rooms are used according to the instructions written on the lockers.
- Any personal belongings left behind in the lockers in the dressing rooms are collected and placed in Lost & Found at the end of the day. Patrons may contact the staff member on duty for lost and found items.
- Any damage to the facilities or equipment during athletic activities must be immediately notified to staff.
- Proper athletic shoes are required in the athletic facilities. Shoes that leave marks on the floor such as boots, sandals, slippers, or crampons should not be used.
- Patrons must not tamper with tribunes with electrical components.
- Patrons must adhere to the instructions and cautions of the staff on duty at all times. Patrons disregarding or violating the rules are asked to leave.
- Any damage or loss caused by misuse is charged to the party at fault.
- For all questions, comments, and requests, patrons must contact Athletic Center Management.
