Dirim joined Aventio as an Associate in November 2016. Since November 2016, Dirim has been extensively covering the fintech and eCommerce industries in Turkey, CEE and MEA regions, working closely with the founding teams on their fundraising strategies as well as serving strategic investors in their inorganic growth initiatives. Prior to joining Aventio, Dirim worked as an associate consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants for 2.5 years where he conducted advisory services in relation to commercial due diligence, value creation and growth strategy across TMT, consumer goods and retail. Dirim received his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University with highest honors, and attended University of California, Berkeley under reciprocal exchange program with full-scholarship.
