Student Representative Election For The Accommodation Services Disciplinary Board

Dear Students,             

Please be advised that an election will be held to elect a principal and a replacement Student Representative for Accommodation Services as per the Rules and Regulations for Private Student Accommodation Services of the Ministry of National Education.

The student representatives will be elected by secret balloting. The elected student representatives will be responsible for attending the Dormitory Discipline Board meetings. Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• To be a registered resident at the OzU dormitories,
• To have a clean disciplinary record (to have never been subjected to any disciplinary action either from the dormitories or the University),
• Not to be a graduation candidate.

For nominations, candidates must visit the Dorm 6 office to fill out and sign the Nomination Form within the given periods below.

Voting will be held online. Voters will receive an election announcement on Tuesday, July 9, 2019. Voters will then log into the address given in the announcement with their usernames and passwords, and cast their votes to the candidates of their preference.  Voting is open to current dormitory residents only.
