Electronical Signature Applications

Dear Faculty Members,

TÜBİTAK has started to use e-signature for project applications. All TÜBİTAK Research Support Programs Directorate (ARDEB) applications will be only accepted by e-signature as of 01/01/2019.

Within this scope, 3-year e-signature applications will be made for ÖzÜ faculty members who do not have e-signatures or whose usage period of e-signature has expired.

Faculty members who request e-signature are expected to submit the following information until October 8, 2018 Monday by sending an e-mail to tto@ozyegin.edu.tr  

Required Information:

• Identity Number
• Name Surname (as it appears on the identity card)
• ÖzÜ e-mail address
• Scanned version of your passport (the first page with your photo on it) – for foreign members

Important Note: Researchers can only apply to the ARDEB Programs if they have got a doctoral degree.
