    HOMECOMING 2026 PROGRAM

     IMPORTANT REMINDERS

    Dear Alumni,

    We are thrilled to welcome you back to our campus for Homecoming 2026 on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

    To ensure you have a pleasant and seamless experience, please review this guide carefully.

    Campus Entry and Registration

    Entry to the campus on the day of the event will be granted exclusively via the My.OzU app. To ensure a quick and smooth entry, please download and update the application on your phone in advance.

    • Guest Entry: Each alumnus is entitled to bring 1 guest (excluding children). Your guest may enter with you without any issues.

    • Separate Arrival: If your guest is arriving separately, they must be met by you at the campus entrance. For security reasons, guests arriving unaccompanied will not be permitted to enter.

    • Child Supervision: Throughout the event, responsibility for children rests entirely with their parents or guardians. For safety reasons, please ensure children are not left unattended.

    • Registration Desk: The desk will be open between 13:30 and 17:00 in front of the Student Center in the Quad area. Don't forget to stop by to pick up your name badges and meal vouchers, and to stay updated!

    Entrepreneurial Alumni Businesses and Refreshments

    Don’t forget to collect your 2 food and beverage coupons at the registration desk along with your name badge, which are valid at our "Entrepreneurial Alumni Businesses." Your coupons are valid at the following locations:

    • POCO Matcha

    • Pizza Hot Slice

    • Süt Baklava Pier Habib

    • Mantı-ye Bolu Mantısı

    Note: If you would like to update your contact information, you can contribute to our alumni database via the QR code at the registration desk or [this link].

    Workshop Registrations

    Registrations for our workshops, which have limited capacity, will be conducted in person at the Registration Desk on the day of the event.

    • Challenge Workshop with OPENFAB (15:00–15:50 | 25 People)

    • Campus Through the Eyes of Alumni (16:00–16:50 | 30 People)

    • Homecoming Gastroshow (with Onur Dikbaş) (15:00–15:50 | 60 People)

    Concert Area Rules

    To ensure a safe and enjoyable concert experience, please observe the following rules:

    • Entry: We recommend arriving early to avoid crowding at the entrances.

    • Prohibited Items: It is strictly forbidden to bring sharp or piercing tools, as well as flammable, explosive, or combustible materials into the area.

    • Beverages and Smoking: Bringing alcoholic beverages from outside is prohibited. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

    • Recording: Professional audio and video recording equipment (drones, professional cameras, etc.) is not allowed in the area. Feel free to capture your memories with your phone!

    Transportation and Parking

    Other Important Information

    • Walking: Our campus spans a large area; please keep in mind that you may need to walk short distances between event locations.

    • Weather: May can be unpredictable! We recommend checking the weather forecast and coming prepared with an umbrella, raincoat, or sunscreen.

    • Our Pets: In accordance with campus rules, pets are not permitted in the event area.
