Cap, Gown and Invitation Distribution

Dear Graduating Seniors / Alumni,

The Student Life Office would like to share you important information about cap and gown distribution and commencement invitations.

Cap, Gown and Invitation Distribution

Caps, gowns and invitations will be distributed at the Student Life Office (Student Center, Floor -3) between 10:00 am and 16:00 pm from June 18 through June 21, 2018 (on business days), and at the Student Center Forum Area on the rehearsal day from 08:00 am to 16:00 pm.

There will be no cap or gown distribution on the commencement day.

When the ceremony is finished, you may return your gown to the cap/gown return point at the Student Center Forum Area. In the days following the ceremony,  you may return your gown to the Student Life Office, on Floor -3, Student Center during business hours until June 29, 2018.

Gown Purchase Procedure

Graduating seniors and alumni who wish to keep their gown may purchase the gowns by depositing the gown fee into the following bank account. The fees collected will be donated to the OzU Scholarship Fund on behalf of the students.

INVITATIONS :

A maximum of 4 invitations will be distributed to each graduating student during cap and gown distribution. Guests without invitations will not be admitted to the ceremony area.

We kindly ask all our guests to be present at the venue before 13:30 with their invitations.
