Gender Equality Expert Arca Begüm Bayır Delivered Talk at the IFC Panel

The Office of Gender Equality at Özyeğin University participated in the IFC – International Finance Corporation E3: Equality in Education and Employment Peer Learning Platform program in August 2024. This international program brought together 30 institutions from around the world. In this context, Arca Begüm Bayır, Gender Equality Expert and IFC E3 Program Coordinator at Özyeğin University, delivered presentations in four different sessions, sharing the initiatives and projects carried out at our university in the field of gender equality. As a result of the evaluations conducted within the program, Özyeğin University was recognized as a good practice example and was invited to the panel titled “Making Jobs More Inclusive: What Works in Manufacturing, Agribusiness and Services.” Arca Begüm Bayır represented our university and delivered her speech at the panel on September 25, 2025.
