Assistant Prof. Parviz Elahi Honored with TÜBİTAK 1001 Project Support

Assistant Prof. Parviz Elahi from the Natural and Mathematical Sciences Program at Özyeğin University has been awarded funding under the prestigious TÜBİTAK 1001 Program for his project “Smart Pulsed-Fiber-Laser-Assisted Weed Controller for Greenhouse.” Prof. Çiğdem Eroğlu Erdem from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Özyeğin University, an expert in computer vision, and Assistant Prof. Steven Footitt from the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Boğaziçi University, an expert in plant science, will serve as consultants for this project.
