Guidelines and Reminders for Safe Use of the Sports Center

Dear Users,

We provide various facilities in the locker rooms and corridors to ensure the safety of your belongings in our Sports Center. However, we have observed that some users leave their belongings in open areas instead of utilizing the secure lockers provided. This has led to occasional incidents of theft or lost items. To prevent such occurrences and enhance your security, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Use of Password-Protected Lockers: Password-protected lockers are available in the locker rooms for you to store your personal belongings securely. These lockers are easy to use, and there is no need to bring an additional lock. Simply set your password to ensure the safety of your items.
• Secure Safe for Valuable Items: A secure safe is located in the ground floor locker room corridor for storing valuable items such as mobile phones, wallets, watches, and cash. Please use this facility to safeguard your belongings.
• Avoid Leaving Items in Open Areas: Refrain from leaving your bags, clothes, or valuables on hooks or in open areas. This poses a security risk, and the university cannot be held responsible for items left unattended in such spaces.
• Responsibility for Personal Belongings: While using the sports facilities, please remain vigilant and ensure the security of your personal belongings.
