Our President Prof. Barış Tan Hosted Nuriddin Amankul, Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Istanbul

Özyeğin University President Prof. Barış Tan hosted Mr. Nuriddin Amankul, the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Istanbul, and Mr. Salimzhan Toilybek, the Consul of Kazakhstan, on our campus. Following the meeting held at the President’s Office on October 30, 2024, the guests met with our international students from Kazakhstan and OzU International Office representatives.

During the meeting, Consul General Mr. Amankul encouraged Kazakh students at OzU to join various Kazakh student networks in Türkiye and participate in cultural and sports events. He also discussed internship collaboration opportunities with Turkish companies operating under the consulate’s network. The International Office representatives underlined the coexistence of diverse cultures at Özyeğin University, providing valuable learning experiences for all students.
