Project Led by Associate Prof. Emre Sefer Awarded Support Under TÜBİTAK’s 1711 Program

The project titled “BullSense – Signal Generation Using Hybrid Transformers for Stock Markets and High-/Medium-Frequency Trading (HFT/MFT),” led by Associate Prof. Emre Sefer from the Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering Department at Özyeğin University has been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK 1711 Artificial Intelligence Ecosystem 2025 Call. The project is conducted by Tacirler Investment, with Özyeğin University and Bull Technologies participating as technology providers. Meanwhile, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM YTE Artificial Intelligence Institute serves as the project’s catalyst.
