Dear Students,

ÖzÜ Moot Law Firm Launches in the Field of Insurance Law!

We are pleased to announce that the “Moot Law Firm” model—developed to provide our students with hands-on experience regarding judicial processes—will now continue with a focus on Insurance Law.

Students who will take part in the Moot Law Firm under the field of insurance law are expected to attend the meetings to be held between 26 November – 26 December 2025 and to complete the tasks assigned to them in the fictional case files conducted within the firm, including file review, legal issue analysis, research, drafting petitions, and preparing applications.

Eligibility
The program is open to Özyeğin University Faculty of Law students who have completed 150 credits.

Selection
The names of the 15 students who are accepted into the program will be announced on 25 November 2025.

Certificate of Participation
Students who successfully complete both the training and practice phases of the program will receive a certificate of participation.

Students who have successfully completed the Legal Clinics course will be given priority during the selection process.

This program is carried out by the Dean’s Office of the Özyeğin University Faculty of Law.

The program language is Turkish.
